REGISTRATION

Registration for 2024-2025 Summer Camp is now open! Thank you for your patience as we launched this new online registration platform.

Our Summer Camp is very popular and will fill to capacity. Please plan to register for all desired weeks as soon as possible.

  • Please find the registration links below. Select your child's age as of the first week of camp (June 17th).
    • Please check the boxes next to the camp weeks/days you want to register.
    • Make sure to select the appropriate drop-down for the day (half or full) schedule.
    • There is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee for all students. ($150 for non-HCA students and $100 for HCA students)
    • The total price for all summer camp days/weeks and registration fees will be calculated at the bottom.
    • You will need to pay the registration and all camp fees via the Paypal/Venmo link before you can submit your completed summer camp registration.
  • Registration for each week of camp will close on the Wednesday before that week's session. (example: Registration for Week 1 (6/17-21) of camp will close on Wednesday, 6/12).
  • While we recommend you register for all sessions at once to ensure availability, if you decide to add camps after your initial registration, please contact summer@hcabothell.org to receive a code to waive another registration fee. Each camper only needs to pay the registration fee once for the entire summer. We do not allow campers to switch days once they are registered.
  • If your desired week/day is full, you can request to be added to our summer camp wait list
  • Please refer to the field trip schedule below before registering. Onsite and offsite field trip days and times vary by week. Students entering 1st grade and up participate in off-site field trips. We offer many onsite field trips for all students.
