Admissions at HCA

We understand that selecting the right school for your child is an extremely important decision, and we are here to support you every step of the way. There are four basic steps to enrollment:

step 1: Request information/schedule a tour

The best way to learn more about our school is to come for a tour. We would love to meet you! We find that the best time to visit is during the school day so that you can see our programs, teachers, and students in action! We offer weekly group tour times.

step 2: apply online

Interested in 2026-2027 Enrollment?
We will begin accepting applications for our wait pool in December 2025. Fall is a great time to tour and see classrooms, teachers, and students in action. Save the date for our Open House on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM!
We are still accepting new student applications for 2025-2026!
Please follow the instructions below:
Applying is easy using our Online Application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable application fee must be submitted with each application.

Please be sure to select the correct school year when applying! 2026-2027 applications are not yet open (coming early December!)

Kindergarten-12th grade
We will reach out to schedule a New Student Assessment.
Preschool
We will invite you to enroll.
If a seat is unavailable:
We will contact you and discuss your desire to remain in the wait pool.

step 4: complete enrollment and financial contract

Once an available seat has been confirmed, and we have accepted the student based on his/her program's enrollment criteria, we will invite you to enroll. We will hold your student's seat for five business days from the date of invitation. You will need to complete the online enrollment process and financial contract to secure your seat.

A non-refundable
new student enrollment fee must be submitted with each enrollment.

why heritage?

Hear what some of our families love most about Heritage:

Christ Centered

"What we love most about Heritage is the genuine love the staff and teachers have for both our children and for Jesus. It's clear they are passionate about what they do and take their roles seriously—not just in teaching academics, but in nurturing each child’s faith. Their care and commitment shine through in everything they do. They consistently make thoughtful, prayerful decisions and are always seeking ways to grow and improve the school, creating meaningful experiences and opportunities for our children. We’re so thankful to be part of a community where Christ-centered education is truly lived out."

"If you are looking for a school that will love and steward your child to pursue their academic best and a relationship with the Lord, this is the place for you!"

"Heritage is equipping our children to pursue Jesus by weaving Him into every part of their daily life and learning. When my daughter has something on her heart, she looks forward to sharing a prayer request at school — knowing she’ll be met with love and support. My son especially cherishes the moments of prayer before meals. Beyond incorporating faith into academics, they’re also learning important Character traits that will guide them in their relationships, their work, and their home life. They are consistently reminded that their lives have meaning and that they were created with a unique purpose in Christ."
Academic Excellence
"We toured the campus a few times and were most impressed by the faith-based values lived out by the leadership and woven into the culture and academics. We also really appreciate that they strive to challenge the students with a rigorous curriculum that can prepare a student for positive study habits for their future higher education."

"I would highly recommend Heritage. HCA is great about supporting students at different levels of learning. Whether it be a student who needs extra challenges to keep them engaged, or a student who needs extra support to help them succeed. The teachers are wonderful. The smaller class sizes allow for a more individualized education. And it is so nice to be able to send your kids to school and know that they are getting a great education in a place where they are loved."
More than just a school
"Heritage is more than just a school—it’s a community that partners with you to raise your child in both faith and academics. The teachers genuinely care and intentionally guide students to grow in their relationship with Jesus while challenging them academically. I’ve seen my children thrive not just in the classroom, but in character, confidence, and spiritual maturity. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be known, loved, and equipped to live out God’s purpose, Heritage is a beautiful choice."

"Although private school wasn’t something we had originally considered, we felt clearly led to make this investment in our children and our family. From the very beginning, it was evident that Heritage was more than just a school — it was a community where faith, learning, and genuine care come together. That’s why we continue to choose Heritage year after year."
Loving Environment
“We delight in seeing the learning that occurs in our children and the loving environment the teachers provide. We cannot imagine sending our children anywhere else!”

"The teachers and staff genuinely love the children and model the love of Jesus every day. It’s a place where faith, character, and academics are all thoughtfully woven together. We’ve seen our children grow not only in knowledge but also in confidence, kindness, and their relationship with Christ. We wholeheartedly recommend Heritage to any family looking for a Christ-centered, loving, and nurturing school community."
Family
“Heritage is our family, and so much of our growth as a family is from God’s work at this little school on the hill.”

"When an outside acquaintance asks if I know another family at Heritage, the answer is usually “yes!” Families know and support each other at Heritage, so you never feel lost."
Caring Teachers
“We love the family atmosphere and the palpable love the staff has for the students. The feeling that the staff care about the children above and beyond them being safe and educated is appreciated as a parent.”

“The teachers and staff at HCA pour love and dedication into all of the students at the school. They provide a high-level education and model a love for Christ every day.”
Authentic
"We are so grateful that we unexpectedly landed at Heritage. The school has a level of authenticity and warmth that I haven’t seen in other private schools in the area. For its size, you get the best of both worlds: individualized academic support for your child, along with intentional care for their character and faith. When an outside acquaintance asks if I know another family at Heritage, the answer is usually “yes!” Families know and support each other at Heritage, so you never feel lost."

“What HCA provides is unmatched by any other school in the area. The impact that HCA has had on my children is almost hard to explain."

What is one word that describes HCA?
"Authentic - HCA is who they say they are; they live out their mission so well!"
