Thank you for your interest in Heritage Christian Academy. When you join the Heritage family, it feels exactly as it sounds, you become "family." That means we care about your student’s goals and aspirations. We seek fellowship with your family and want you to become a familiar face in school activities and programs. Both students and families develop lifelong connections and friendships.

Admissions at HCA

We understand that selecting the right school for your child is an extremely important decision, and we are here to support you every step of the way. There are four basic steps to enrollment:


step 1: Request information/schedule a tour

The best way to learn more about our school is to come for a tour. We would love to meet you! We find that the best time to visit is during the school day so that you can see our programs, teachers, and students in action! We offer weekly group tour times.

step 2: apply online

2024-2025 Current Year Enrollment
We are still accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year! While many of our classes are nearing capacity, we still have limited seats available in most programs.

The following programs are currently full (we do offer a waitlist option).
  • Preschool 4's 3 Half Days
  • Preschool 4's 3 Full Days

2025-2026 Next Year Enrollment
Stay tuned for applications for the 2025-2026 school year in early December. In the meantime, now is a great time to schedule a tour to learn more about opportunities to join our Eagle family! To be added to our notification list, fill out the form here!

Applying is easy using our Online Application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.

Preschool Families: Please refer to our preschool age requirements and program days/hours to ensure you select the correct program when you apply.

Current Family enrolling a new sibling? Log on to the FACTS Family Portal here. From there, you click Apply/Enroll on the right-hand side. Select ‘Application’ and then ‘click here to open application.’

step 3: Admissions Review/waitlist

We are processing applications in the order received. Once we review the application and verify completion of all documentation:

If a seat is available in the desired class:
  • Kindergarten-11th grade: We will reach out to schedule a New Student Assessment.
  • Preschool: We will invite you to enroll.

If a seat is not available, we will place the student on our waitlist. 


step 4: complete enrollment and financial contract

Once an available seat has been confirmed, and we have accepted the student based on his/her program's enrollment criteria, we will invite you to enroll. We will hold your student's seat for five business days from the date of invitation. You will need to complete the online enrollment process and financial contract to secure your seat.

A non-refundable new student enrollment fee of $400 for kindergarten-11th grade and $150 for preschool must be submitted with each enrollment.
