Sibling discounts apply to whichever clinic package your family selects (single clinic, two-clinic bundle, or all three clinics).
All registration will be through Final Forms. Payments for HCA families will be billed automatically through FACTS.

For these clinics, cleats and shin guards are encouraged, but I understand some athletes may be trying soccer for the first time. If you already have cleats and shin guards, please bring them; if not, there is no need to purchase them just for camp.
