Closing out the year: God is for you
Looking back on our final elementary chapel of the year, Mrs. Edler, our elementary principal, delivered a message rooted in our school’s theme verse for the year: “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)
She encouraged us to remember that God is always for us, providing strength, support, and guidance as we grow. Mrs. Edler shared how no problem is bigger than God, and we can trust He’s always with us—reminding everyone that we are deeply loved and never alone.
Using a tomato plant and a cage as an analogy, she illustrated how faith in Jesus and biblical truths support us just like a cage helps a plant thrive and bear fruit. Without that support, we struggle; with it, we grow strong and fruitful.
What a powerful reminder to carry into summer: Lean on God, trust His support, and know He is always for you!
