HCA auction | Save the Date!

Thank you for your continued support! Our annual auction will be a live event held Friday, April 1st at Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo. We are excited to have John Curley as our auctioneer again this year and are looking forward to a fun filled night!

Get Involved

Each Heritage Christian Academy parent is expected to commit to volunteer ten hours per year at the school. Each family is required to procure a minimum of $250 for the auction. Success starts with you! Procurement forms/letters are available at the main office, or a printable copy can be found on this page.
We are currently looking for an Auction Lead, Procurement Volunteers, Room Parents, Procurement Lead and team, Sponsorship Lead, Class Basket Liaison and Data Entry Lead. The procurement team will work together to procure larger live auction items and sponsorships. Volunteer from home. Email: auction@hcabothell.org to sign up.

Ways to Give

Heritage Christian Academy is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and gifts are tax-deductible.
Some companies, such as Microsoft, will also match your volunteer hours. Your gift can go twice as far if you take advantage of your employer’s matching gift program.
